Collect what helps the journey. Protect what does not belong here.
This page describes how P2R handles information for website visitors, customers, participants, facilitators, and organizations, with a focus on collecting only what is needed to operate the program and protect participant privacy.
1. Information P2R may collect
P2R may collect contact and account information, purchase and subscription information, website and campaign activity, Digital Journey engagement, facilitator credential records, organization licensing information, and structured P2R outcome check-ins.
2. Participant progress data
The Digital Journey is designed to track non-clinical program activity such as current week, modules completed, last activity, goal progress, and structured self-ratings at defined checkpoints. P2R uses a platform participant identifier for operational reporting.
3. What should not be stored in the P2R website
P2R is not intended to replace an electronic health record. Users and organizations should not enter psychotherapy notes, diagnoses, Medicaid identifiers, detailed treatment records, detailed trauma narratives, court records, or other clinical records into general P2R website forms or the participant journey unless a separate compliant workflow is expressly established.
4. Outcomes and reporting
P2R may combine participant responses to evaluate program engagement and outcomes. Public-facing or cross-organization reports should use aggregate or de-identified information rather than participant names or private contact information.
5. Facilitator and credential information
Credential holders may have limited information displayed publicly for verification, such as name, P2R credential title, credential ID, status, issue date, expiration date, curriculum version, and organization when appropriate. Private contact information is not part of the public registry.
6. Business inquiries
Business inquiry forms collect ordinary contact and organizational information needed to respond to questions, licensing requests, partnerships, and sales opportunities. These forms should not be used to send participant or case information.
7. Commerce and payment data
Payments will be processed through connected payment providers. P2R should not store full card numbers in WordPress. Payment providers may process information under their own privacy and security terms.
8. Access and retention
Access should be limited according to role. Retention periods should be documented separately for customer records, credential records, organization licensing, inquiries, and outcome data. Records should not be kept longer than necessary for the stated business, contractual, legal, or research purpose.
9. Questions
Privacy and data-use questions can be submitted through the P2R contact page. Do not include sensitive participant or clinical information in a general privacy inquiry.
P2R is operated by The Ship Group Services LLC. Questions about privacy, account data, credential records, or P2R program information can be submitted through the Contact page. Do not send psychotherapy notes, diagnoses, Medicaid identifiers, court records, or other sensitive case information through general website forms.
